Students entering Pre-School, Pre-K, and Kindergarten must meet the following age requirements.

Pre-School

3 years

On or before September 1st

Pre-Kindergarten

4 years

On or before September 1st

Kindergarten

5 years

On or before September 1st

All applicants are required to provide the following documents. No student may attend class without these documents.

Completed Registration Forms & Fees

Copy of Birth Certificate

Social Security Number

Health Form

Allergy Form

Eye Examination Form

Dental Examination Form

Signed Parent Agreement

Take Entrance Test

All previous Report Cards (if applicable)
