Admissions 2024-25

Enrollments will open in MAY for the next academic year 2024-2025

For enrolling in the Pre-School the student must be three years old by September 01 of that academic year and potty trained.
Students enrolling in Pre – Kindergarten or higher grades are expected to pass an assessment test to ensure the student is eligible to enroll in the desired grade.

Download the admissions form below and have it completed before the appointment.

Please review the list of documents needed to complete the admissions process.
- Completed GEA Registration Form
- Original Official Birth Certificate
- Transfer Certificates and Previous Progress Reports (for students entering Grade 1 & above)
- IDPH Certificate of student Health Examination of Current School Year
- IDPH Proof of School Dental Examination Form of Current School Year
- IDPH Eye Examination Report of Current School Year
Completed GEA registration form and birth certificate of the student is required to start the enrollment process.
Students are expected to take the assessment test on the day of the appointment.
If the student meets the age requirement criteria for the desired grade and passes the assessment test, the student will be eligible for enrollment pending payment of tuition fees. School administrator will go over the details during your appointment.
